The adoption of ProtoSphere in life sciences and other industries has steadily increased over the past couple of years. However, this growth has not been without its challenges. The more people that are using ProtoSphere every day to make their organizations more effective, the more ideas and requests we have for features, specific types of integrations, and even new applications, such as a Mac version.
We've been responding to all of our customers' needs, and we've also been investing in our people. John Reed, our new Vice President of Sales, for instance. Regular readers might recall our post announcing his joining, or maybe you've already met John. We've also expanded our development team, and are beefing up other areas including marketing, support, and IT.
All this has led us to move to larger offices so we can continue to invest in talent that brings you the high level of service, support, and technological innovation that makes ProtoSphere such a crucial piece of your organization.
So I want to thank all of our customers for their support and feedback. You're the reason we've grown and continue to grow. And we look forward to helping you grow your organization by making it more effective with ProtoSphere.
